Go Ask Alice

So i just finished the book "Go Ask Alice" by anonymous. It was quite good-some parts were too rambling.


WARNING:SPOILERS IF YOU WANNA FIND OUT WHAT THE BOOK IS ABOUT ON YOUR OWN THAN DON'T READ BELOW!

The summary basically is that a girl named "Alice" (no one knows her real name) started her drug abuse when LSD was sneaked in coke then she went into i spiral for a few months she would be doing the drugs at least runs away twice-then she goes off them and tries to stay off them-eventually she would succumb to the abuse. No one is for sure whether it was an accidental or premeditated. Either way it screams out loud that its ok to say "no" rather than go up and down or straight down.

I highly recommend to those who wanna know a first hand account of a teenager who lost everything because of drugs. Of course just like any book it has some controversies on whether it was actually written by a teenager or was it a work of fiction. Like i said before no one knows her name-so i'm calling her "Alice" due to the fact that the title says "Go Ask Alice"

I saw the movie that was made in the '70s but i don't recommend that-its like the anti-drug after school specials that alot of kids had to sit through-with some low old fashion music-you can go on youtube if you do want to watch it.

The book is better-it can be a little boring at certain points and can be confusing-i won't say what parts so i won't spoil it for you! i will try and post more blogs when i can i promise!
