good start

so i was skimming www.aolnews.com and found a very encouraging newsletter though we still have a while to go before the Children's rights is sealed. before i put in my thoughts i will give you a link so you can read it http://www.aolnews.com/world/article/un-pushes-its-bans-on-child-soldiers-sale-and-prostitution-of-children/19493114

READ AFTER READING THE ARTICLE

i have to say i'm very happy that we are moving forward. I first became aware of children being sold for sex, army etc. 4 years ago. It was a special and the t.v. and got captivated-i felt grateful but sadden by what i saw-i had every emotion while watching it. I was grateful because in the end of the special-the kids they rescued were able to go to a place where they got help and learn what they were going to learn in school. You can probably guess why i was sadden and angry etc. So since then i've kept my eyes open for an article that show that this well be resolved.
of course i am aware it will take a long time before there is a smaller amount of these crimes. I know its tough because most of these are crimes are in rural areas-affected by war and poverty and its underground.

i also came across an article a while ago-same website-i don't think its on anymore but it truly broke my heart. Remember the Earthquake in Hatti? well people who survived are struggling to feed their children. They have "camps" where people are put in tents and given some food. If that's not breaking your heart-then heres one-some parents purposely left their children in streets, orphanages, hospitals so they could have a better chance of getting their children better homes. For some it worked but some were given their children back and for those who succeeded in giving their kids a "better life" its not really any better-i mean it is better than living in a tent where you have to "fight" for food-but being left by your parents to a place you don't know.hungry,tired,afraid. it just kills me.

i guess what i want to say is help out for these people in Hatti and other places where people are struggle even if a penny believe me -IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!-

when me and my nephew were at a store i saw a donation contraption to kids who have cancer and brought him over to the contraption and he loved watching the coins going through multiple twists and turns. It wasn't much just pocket change and whatever i had left in my purse-of course people stared because we were gleaming with delight-he was because of the "adventure" the coin made-me because i knew it was going to a good fund-even in these hard times-every penny helps! so please donate when you get a chance even if its a penny. it counts!
